Back in June of 2017, it was announced that Health Canada would be taking aim at junk food ads that target kids. It was good news! Then just a couple of days later, news of this study hit the presses: "Teaching Children About Immunization in a Digital Age." It is a study which recommends advertising vaccines to school children, as if that would be so much better than advertising junk food. It's an insidious plan to program children by using positive digital messages about vaccines so that the next generation of vaccinators will be immune to anti-vaccine ideas. To quote the study, here is what these Canadian researchers are 'strongly' recommending to our public health officials: “In the case of immunization, most children's experience with vaccination is negative, a shot in the arm. However, the opportunity exists to create positive, accurate “prejudices” in a fun and interactive way and mobile devices provide a way to deliver these messages to children. Having these available on mobile heath apps would enable parents to have their bored children learn about the immune system and vaccination while waiting to see their health care provider. These initiatives should complement efforts to introduce immunization education in school curricula. We strongly recommend that public health officials identify the most effective ways to deliver positive digital messages to children and protect the next generation of vaccinators from anti-vaccine ideas. And messaging that works on children just may also work on adults.” Advertising is Advertising Does anyone actually believe that selling vaccines isn't a business venture? It is the sweetest business venture on Earth. Projected income to the pharmaceutical industry from vaccines alone are set to be $48 Billion by 2025. And to top that off, the vaccine industry is not held liable when there is vaccine injury. These powerful, bigger-than-oil corporations have nothing to lose and everything to gain. And somehow Big Pharma has convinced health officials to do their advertising and promoting for them. Nifty. See for yourself. Here are a few examples of the many ways vaccine marketing infiltrates BC schools, brought to us by the Public Health Association of BC and Health Canada:
What is behind the escalating focus on 'educating' school children about vaccines? Note that there are 200+ new vaccines coming to market. Minister Dix's advisor, Bonnie Henry, Provincial Health Officer, attends (as a participant and speaker) Canada's annual Big Pharma sponsored event: Canadian Immunization Conference. This event is all about increasing compliance to maternal and infant/childhood vaccines - no sessions that even hint at risks of vaccine injury and death can been seen on the agenda. Note that a recent CDC study found that pregnant women vaccinated with the influenza vaccine had two times greater odds of miscarrying their babies compared to women who did not receive the influenza vaccine. See Vaccine Choice Canada for more on science which supports vaccine risk in pregnancy. A Harvard Pilgrim Hospital study revealed that less than 1% of vaccine injuries are reported. In the US over $4 Billion has been paid out since 1988 to families whose children were injured or died as a result of vaccination. Yet our school children are being taught that vaccines are safe and effective, without equal time being given to educating about the reality of risk of injury and death. The Health of Our Children is Failing Take a look at these stats compiled by Vaccine Choice Canada: It’s been declared that today’s children are the first generation whose parents will outlive them. Today, 10% of Canadian children have life threatening afflictions. In the last 25 years, concurrent with vaccine increase, there have been huge declines in children’s health in many categories:
Dr. Stephanie Seneff predicts that at the current rate of growth, autism is projected to affect 1 in 2 children by 2032. The vaccine-autism connection is the most biologically plausible explanation for the increase in autism as the autism epidemic parallels the massive expansion of the childhood vaccine schedule starting in the 1980s. What are Health Canada and BC's Ministry of Health doing about this crisis in children's health? (Other than developing vaccine compliance MARKETING STRATEGIES?) If our public health officials are doing anything to prevent this terrifying demise of our children, it is honestly hard to see. After decades of lobbying by physicians and allied health professionals, Health Canada has yet to come up with a food guide that is based upon evidence. Nor are cancer causing, toxic chemicals like glyphosate banned in Canada (glyphosate is present in vaccines and in over 80% of processed foods on store shelves). Instead, glyphosate's licensing has recently been renewed for another 15 years of indiscriminate use. Our public health officials aggressively promote vaccine compliance for contagious illnesses such as measles that are mild in children who are well-nourished and live in populations with good sanitation systems. No child has died in Canada from measles in over a decade, yet many have been permanently injured or killed by the MMR vaccine. Health Canada fails parents and children by not educating about nutrient-dense diets that build children's immune systems and general health. Health Canada fails parents and children by promoting the use of inadequately tested toxin laden vaccines rather than supporting the use of toxin-free nurturing therapies. The BC NDP government's Vaccination Status Reporting Regulation under the Public Health Act came into force on July 1, 2019. According to Schedule 1 of the Vaccine Status Reporting Regulation, all registered students must report/provide proof of their vaccine status starting July 1st, 2019. This includes public school, private school, distance learning, homeschooling, unschooling. According to Schedule 2 of the Regulation which comes into effect Septembe 1st, 2020, if a student is missing/declining ANY (even one - including flu vax and/or HPV) or all of the scheduled vaccines, the students without medical exemptions and their parents will be required to attend an "information session," "meet with a medical health officer" and sign a statement, as well as provide the "reason for non-vaccination." Note that the Mature Minor Doctrine allows children to agree to vaccination without their parent's knowledge or consent. Fully informed consent is not being given to these children (or to the parents, for that matter). There is plenty of evidence from parents that their unvaccinated children thrive with fewer health problems than do their children who received vaccines. This study which compared the health of vaccinated children vs unvaccinated children bears this out. Advertising vaccines to school children in a "fun and interactive way" or in contests designed to achieve full compliance and acceptance of vaccines - without informed consent, is reprehensible.
